Instructions:

Peel the pears, cut them into quarters and remove the core, then steam them in 1 liter of water with the lemon zest until half-cooked.

Heat the pitted and halved plums briefly and put them into the jars together with the raw and washed elderberries.

Boil the broth with sugar and juice of one lemon and pour it over the fruit.

Close the jars and boil at 80 °C for half an hour.

Try this with fresh grapes!
