Rinse the radishes, slice them finely, season with salt and leave to soak for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, mix the sour cream with the juice of one lemon, pepper, yogurt and honey. Cut the cold cuts into thin slices. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and remove the seeds, as well as the apples. Cut both into narrow slices.

Drain the radish slices and place them in a large enough bowl with the chopped ingredients. Chop the dill and sprinkle it on the salad ingredients. Then fold the dressing loosely into the leaf salad and mix everything together carefully.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
