Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

Saute the onions and garlic in the oil in a deep saucepan. Add the beans and mash half of the mixture with a masher.

Stir in the tomato sauce (ready-made), salt, cumin, chiles and pepper and cook for 5 minutes until it thickens a little. Stir more often so that nothing sticks. Finally, fold in the cilantro. Brush each tortilla with 3 heaping tsp of the bean mixture and roll up the tortillas, leaving the ends open unlike the burrito. Place the finished rolls, close together, in an oiled baking dish, but do not stack them on top of each other, and sprinkle with the cheese. Cover the give with aluminum foil and bake for 10 min in a stove heated to 200 °C.

Serve with salsa and guacamole.
