Instructions:

First peel the onion, chop finely and sauté in oil until translucent. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into the oil. Cut the carrots and peppers into small pieces and fry them.

When everything is nicely roasted, stir in tomato paste. Add paprika powder and deglaze with a dash of vinegar. Pour in water. Add beans, season with cumin salt and marjoram – let simmer.

In the meantime, peel and chop the potatoes and cook. Season with salt and pepper. Cook slowly until the beans and potatoes are soft.

Serve the goulash with bread or pastries.
