For the bean and kohlrabi cracker pan, peel the kohlrabi and cut into sticks. Dice the crackers and tomatoes. Add beans to boiling salted water.

After 3 minutes of cooking, add the kohlrabi sticks and cook together for another 3 minutes until al dente. In a skillet, sauté the garlic and then sauté the crackers.

Add the tomato pieces and season with the herbs and salt, pepper. Finally, mix in the beans and kohlrabi.
