Instructions:

Make the wine, vinegar and spices together and pour through a sieve. Once cooled, mix with the egg yolks and add half the butter. Whisk in a bain-marie until thick and creamy, gradually adding the remaining butter.

Add to grilled meat and fish.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
