For the beef cutlets with green beans, cut the meat into smaller cubes.

Peel the carrots and cut them into slices.

Cut the leek lengthwise, wash well and cut into rings.

Brush and clean the mushrooms.

Heat the olive oil in a pot and fry the vegetables in it.

Remove and brown the meat on all sides. Sprinkle flour on top and deglaze with beef broth and whipping cream.

Simmer at medium heat for about 20 minutes.

Wash and clean the green beans. If necessary, remove the threads from the sides.

Cook the green beans in a small pot with salted water until firm to the bite. Drain and add to the meat.

Add the remaining vegetables to the pot and season to taste.

Bring the beef cutlets with green beans to the boil again and serve.
