For the Beef Salad with Curry, place the beef in simmering beef broth (soup cubes) and cook slowly, covered, until tender. Take out and put in a cool place.

Peel apples, cut into eighths, remove core and cut into fine strips. Finely chop onion. Finely chop chives, finely slice cucumbers. Cut the cooled beef into very fine thin strips.

Stir a spicy marinade with the marinade ingredients using a whisk, add the beef and let it marinate in the refrigerator for one hour.
