Instructions:

For the beef steak, wash the meat, dry it and pound it about 1 cm thick. Then season with salt and pepper.

Mix the chopped ginger, garlic and chili together. Rub the meat with it and cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Peel and finely dice the pineapple and place in a bowl. Cut the bell pepper and the chili in half, remove the seeds and chop finely.Stir the whole thing with the soy sauce and the ginger into the pineapple and also put it in a cool place.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the drained meat in it for 5 minutes.

Then drain the beef steak on a paper towel and arrange on a plate. Garnish with a few chili strips and serve with the relish.
