Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the meat with vegetable curry. Pour 500 ml of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Peel the carrots and onion and cut into small cubes. Wash the rice and add to the meat with the carrots and onions. Salt and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. This dish can be served with or without peanut sauce.
