Instructions:

Turn the chops in the flour mixed with pepper on the other side, fry in the hot oil from both sides for one minute each, put aside.

In a bowl, mix the mustard with sugar, cornstarch and beer and let it boil. Then pour in the chops.

Pour the sauce over them, cover, and cook quietly over low heat for about forty-five minutes. Add a little beer if necessary.

Season with salt and add Worcestershire sauce before serving.

Serve with roast or boiled potatoes and apple puree or green leaf salad.
