Instructions:

Sauté beet, onion and apple in butter, deglaze with vegetable soup. When the vegetables are cooked soft, mash and season heartily with the spices.

Whip the cream and mix with the grated horseradish. Fold half of the whipped cream into the soup and serve with the rest of the whipped cream on top.
