A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Mix farin sugar, honey, syrup, gingerbread spice and tap water. Mix flour and baking soda and stir into the honey-syrup mixture with the nuts.

Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan 300 mm long sprinkled with breadcrumbs and smooth it out. Bake in heated oven at 180 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

Chop cooking chocolate, dissolve in hot water bath with light butter or possibly butter, mix properly and coat the cake with it.
