Instructions:

For the paprika quiche, first prepare the dough. To do this, mix flour, salt and butter. Add water and knead into a dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

In the meantime, sauté the finely chopped onion in a little oil until translucent. Chop the bell bell pepper and fry it well. Squeeze in the garlic cloves. Add the chopped tomatoes, season with sage, thyme, savory, salt and lemon pepper – simmer for some time.

Preheat the oven to 250 °C. Roll out the dough and place it in the greased quiche dish. Prick the dough several times with a fork. Sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs (absorbs the excess liquid).

Spread the vegetables on the quiche base. For the glaze, whisk the eggs with crème fraiche and the grated cheese. Season with salt & pepper and spread over the vegetables.

Bake the bell pepper quiche on the lowest setting in the oven for about 30 minutes.
