Instructions:

Clean radicchio, rinse, drain well. Peppers rinse, halve, remove seeds and stalk, cut into strips 4-5 cm long. Remove peel from pears, cut into quarters, remove core, cut into cubes, sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Cut onion into slices, dice cheese. Mix everything together.

Stir oil with remaining pepper, juice of one lemon, salt and chopped dill, pour over lettuce.
