Instructions:

Put the mince in a large enough bowl. Cut the onion and beet into small cubes and add to the mince form with the capers.

Crumble the crispbread and add the eggs to make a loose mince mixture. Season with mustard, pepper & salt.

Form small steaks from the mince and roast them in a frying pan until golden brown.

For the cucumber sauce, boil the clear soup with the whipping cream in a saucepan and boil a little bit. Chop the gherkin very finely and add to the sauce form. Cook for two minutes at low temperature. Add the sauce to the minced steaks.

Make potatoes like boiled potatoes and then arrange with lots of parsley with the minced steaks.
