Cut the pork tenderloin into slices (4 per person) and flatten them slightly with a rolling pin (do not pound!). Cut the slices of raw ham in half. Place half a slice of prosciutto and a sage leaf on each slice of meat and roll up. Thread meat rolls alternately with bread slices onto four skewers. Mix paprika, olive oil, juice of one lemon, salt and pepper and coat the skewers with it. Roast the skewers on the broiler, not too hot, for about 10 minutes, brushing them from time to time with marinade. Serve with tomato zucchetti with basil.
