caramelize. Give the pulp of kiwano, cognac and red wine for this purpose. All together with cinnamon, star anise, a little sugar and a little honey still give some flavor and briefly boil.

Finally, add a dash of liquid whipped cream for it and jazz up the broth with fine sugar and fresh mint.

Tip: Cinnamon gives dishes a wonderfully sweet and spicy note!
