Roll out the bread dough on the baking tray. Make a semi-solid mash of boiled potatoes, a little milk, butter and curd cheese. Smooth the mash on the bread dough. Now fry the diced bacon in oil until soft, add the chopped onions, season a little with salt and cool. Now stir in the sour cream or crème fraiche and the egg and spread the whole thing together on the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle the Bloatz sufficiently with caraway seeds and bake in the oven at about 230 degrees for 25 minutes.
