Instructions:

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Stir the blood orange juice with sweetener and heat slightly. Allow the gelatin to melt in it.

Rinse the cooled serving bowls and fill them halfway with the orange mixture. Let it firm up a bit, then pour the orange fillets over it. Now pour the remaining quantity on top. Set.

Garnish with whipped cream and orange peel.
