Select the berries only, do not rinse. Dust with flour (*). Mix carefully.

Mix the remaining flour with the sugar, baking powder and salt in a second baking bowl. Mix the egg, milk, the melted butter and the orange zest. Add to the flour form and mix to a dough. At the end, stir in the blueberries.

Grease the small ramekins of about 8 cm ø and dust them with a little flour. Pour the dough in two thirds high.

Meanwhile, bake the blueberry cakes on the spot in the oven heated to 180 °C on the second rack from the bottom for fifteen to twenty minutes.
