For the blueberry yogurt, stir the washed blueberries into the yogurt. If you like it very sweet, stir in honey.

Remove the crust from the brown bread and grind it into crumbs with your hands. Toast the crumbs in a dry frying pan, sprinkle in the sugar and stir until the sugar melts – be careful, this happens very quickly!

Mix the crumbs well in the frying pan with a small pinch of cinnamon and transfer to a plate. They should be crispy.

Divide the yogurt or possibly sour milk evenly among three bowls, sprinkle the Heidlebeer yogurt with the caramelized crumbs.
