Instructions:

For the Bohemian dumplings make a dampfl. Then knead a loose dough from flour, salt, egg and mineral and beat well. Roast the bread cubes and mix them into the dough just before cooking.

Shape the dough into two oblong dumplings and boil in salted water for 20 minutes. Before serving, cut the Bohemian dumplings into slices and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
