Instructions:

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Heat a little oil and/or margarine in a large pot and sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent.

After about 2-3 minutes, add the minced meat and sauté. Stir again and again.

Deglaze with soup and season with salt, bell pepper, paprika powder, nutmeg, (a little) ginger, garlic and mustard.

Add strained tomatoes, bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for at least 20 minutes. Season to taste.
