Instructions:

For the Bolognese sauce, dice the onion, carrots and celery. Sauté the onion in oil, add the carrots, celery and minced meat and sauté until the meat is cooked through (it should no longer be red).

Deglaze with white wine and add water and tomato sauce. Add spices. Simmer gently for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
