For the Bolognese sauce, peel the onion and chop it very finely. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until it is translucent.

Then add the minced meat and cook until the meat is no longer raw. During this cooking time, stir in the bouillon cube. Then add the tomato paste and the ketchup.

Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper and if necessary with sugar (if it still seems too sour).

If the sauce is still too liquid, thicken with a little flour. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
