For the Bolognese sauce, chop the onion and garlic. Cut the carrot into small cubes. Heat oil and fry onion and garlic. Add carrots and minced meat and brown well.

Add tomato pieces, tomato paste and soup. Simmer gently over low heat for about 20 minutes. Season with oregano, thyme, basil, salt and pepper and continue to use or enjoy the Bolognese sauce as desired.
