Instructions:

Rinse the leg slices, dry them, season them. Fry in hot oil. Add tomatoes with liquid wine and sugar, stew for about 2 hours.

Clean, rinse and cut off vegetables. Add and steam for another 30 minutes. Season to taste and dress with parsley.

Serve with buttered potatoes.
