Preparation shows: about 2 ® to 3 hours.

Cut the oxtail into 7 to 10 cm pieces. Heat the oil in the frying pan and add the finely chopped onions and the pieces of oxtail. Let brown

Add the diced carrots, turnips and ham.

Later stir in either the beef broth or the canned tomatoes and extinguish with the beer.

Simmer gently for at least 2 hours.

Serve with young green peas and boiled potatoes.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
