Add the chopped onion, black pepper, cumin, savory, parsley, nutmeg and salt to taste to the minced form.

Add the beaten egg and the soaked and firmly squeezed white bread. Knead the minced meat mixture well and form the meat lobs.

Roll the meatballs in flour and fry in the preheated oil until done. While frying, carefully turn the meatballs to the other side with a spatula or fork, without piercing them.
