* This entrée goes a little beyond the scope of the usual soups, it is exceptionally suitable when no extensive main course, but for example a dessert or a leftover meal follows.

The basis of this soup is a strong beef broth, which can be prepared the day before from the ingredients listed.

Cook Flädle according to the basic recipe. Mix the sausage meat with finely chopped onion and possibly some nutmeg.
