4 tbsp. milk, or possibly half more – minced meat of veal, – twice through – meat grinder ischwolf twisted chives, or possibly or the – parsley tersilie

Mix pancake dough with egg(s), flour and milk, fry thin pancakes in hot fat in a frying pan. Mix the sausage meat with a little bit of milk and spread it on the pancakes, roll them up and cut them into rolls of 3 to 4 centimeters. Heat the beef broth and season it, pour it over the sausage meat placed in another saucepan. Cook the sausages at low temperature (do not let them boil). Offer the soup with chopped parsley or chives.

Tip: As an alternative to the fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried.
