Instructions:

For the bread dumplings, first heat the milk. Dice the bread and pour the warm milk over it.

Fry the diced onion in butter until translucent, add parsley briefly at the end and add to the mixture. Beat the eggs, add salt and a little pepper and knead well with the bread mixture.

Let the dough stand for about 20 minutes, then form the dumplings and let them steep in hot salted water for about 20 minutes.

Serve the bread dumplings as a side dish.
