For the steamed bread dumplings, mix the bread cubes with eggs, oil, salt, parsley and flour. Then pour the milk over it and mix everything together.

Form dumplings and put the dumplings in a perforated steamer container. Cook the bread dumplings at 100 °C for 18 minutes. Place a collecting tray under the dumpling container.
