Instructions:

For the bread, dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm buttermilk and knead well with the remaining ingredients. Form a loaf and place in a lightly greased roasting pan.

Brush with water and make a slight incision lengthwise. Put a lid on it and bake at 200 degrees for 70 minutes. The lid should not be opened.
