Instructions:

Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Knead again and let rise covered for another 30 minutes.

Form rolls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet with enough space between them.

Cut crosses into the dough balls with a pair of sharp scissors. Let rise for another 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat and bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
