Instructions:

Place the veal sausage meat and crème fraîche or heavy cream in a suitable bowl. Cut the chives with scissors. Put the peppercorns in a sieve and rinse them briefly in warm water. Now roughly crush them with a fork. Add to the sausage meat mixture. Mix everything well.

Stir in mustard and white wine. Spread it on one side of the bread slices. Then spread the sausage meat mixture evenly on it and spread it smoothly. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Meanwhile, bake the slices in the middle of the oven heated to 200 degrees for 12 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the cheese into thin slices. After 12 minutes, spread evenly over the slices and top each with a slice of bacon. Bake for another 5-8 minutes.

Serve with leaf salad.
