For the bread strudel, cut the bread into small cubes. Heat the butter, fry the onion with the bread cubes in it and season with salt and pepper.

Then add chopped parsley and the eggs and mix with milk as needed to form a mass (as for bread dumplings).

Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

Roll out strudel dough on a cloth according to package directions. Spread bread mixture on top and roll up. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with the seam facing down.

Brush with butter and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool. Cut the cooled bread strudel into thin strips.
