For the bread with sunflower seeds, stir the sourdough, yeast and malt into the lukewarm liquid. Add the remaining ingredients and knead with a food processor for about 10 minutes to form a bread dough.

Cover and let rise at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Then shape the dough into the desired shape and place it in a floured bread simmer, cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake the bread with sunflower seeds in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 1 hour.
