For the sausage patties, cut the puff pastry into 6 rectangles and spread the sausage meat in the center of each rectangle. Fold the opposite ends together, close well and press lightly.

Prick the puff pastry with a fork and bake at 180 degrees (hot air) for about 30 minutes until brown.

In the meantime, finely dice the pickles and mix with ketchup and mayonnaise to make a dip for the puff pastry.
