For the breakfast porridge, squeeze the (blood) oranges except for 2 slices, roughly mash banana with a fork except for a few slices.

Boil up the oat drink with the orange juice and the five-grain flakes. Add hemp seeds and flax seeds and let simmer down a bit. Fold in the mashed banana, pour into a cereal bowl and garnish with the banana and orange slices.
