Instructions:

For the brioches with chocolate chips, mix soft butter with the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate flakes) to form a smooth yeast dough. Let the dough rise until doubled in volume.

Knead dough well again by hand and incorporate chocolate flakes. Form rolls and let rise on the baking sheet for another 15 minutes.

Brush with milk and bake the brioches with chocolate chips at 180 °C top-bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
