Instructions:

Soak the pears in cold water for a few hours.

Bring cinnamon, wine, sugar and clove to a boil. Add pears with a deciliter (based on 4 servings) of soaking water and make 40 min. Cool in the liquid.

Pour through a sieve, collecting the juice. Add pear honey to the juice and thicken a little.

Whip the cream until stiff, arrange the pears on cream and offer the sauce with them.

Our tip: Use sweet red wine for a sweet note and rather dry wine for flavorful, spicy dishes.
