For the broccoli cream cheese soup, wash and chop the broccoli. Chop the onions and sauté in butter until translucent.
Briefly sauté 2/3 of the broccoli and pour in soup and cook for 15 minutes. Stir in processed cheese, bring to a boil and puree. Add remaining broccoli and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper and add creme fraiche.
Toast bread cubes in a pan and serve with the broccoli and processed cheese soup.
