Instructions:

For the broccoli soufflé, wash, boil and mash the broccoli. Mix the cooled broccoli with eggs, yogurt, crème fraiche, breadcrumbs and spices.

Pour the mixture into a greased and crumbled loaf pan and spread margarine flakes on top. Bake at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes.

Let the broccoli soufflé stand for 10 minutes before serving.
