Instructions:

For the bunny cupcakes, preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix dry ingredients together.

Whisk together eggs and milk. Slowly add egg-milk mixture to dry ingredients and whisk well.

Divide batter among ramekins and bake for 20 minutes. A muffin baking tray is recommended as the batter is fairly runny. Allow finished muffins to cool.

For the topping, mix or blend well the butter, double cream cream cheese and sugar. Chill the mixture briefly. Use a knife to smooth the topping onto the muffins.

Now pour the remaining topping into a freezer bag and make a small hole in it.

For the bunny ears, simply pipe two loops. Use pink sugar lettering to trace the bunny ears.

Place a white deco heart as the nose and attach the eyes and whiskers with a little liquid chocolate and a toothpick.

Serve the bunny cupcakes.
