For the bunny pancakes, separate the egg, beat the egg whites until stiff and mix well the egg yolks with vanilla sugar, flour, a dash of milk and baking powder. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites.

Heat the oil in the pan and pour in 2 spoonfuls of batter. Fry on medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden yellow on both sides. Whip cream and stir in Nutella.

Cut open melon, remove seeds and cut into wedges. Decorate the bunny pancakes with whipped cream and melon slices as ears.
