Instructions:

Cook the ham bone in water for about 2 hours and then remove. If necessary, season the soup with a little grained salt or soup. Then add a little oat groats to the boiling soup (be careful not to add too much, the groats swell well). Clean the vegetables, cut them into strips and cook them in the soup. Cut the cleaned fish into pieces and cook it in the soup.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
