For the Burgenland bean cake, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Stir sugar and yolks until foamy. Add beans and nuts.

Finally, mix in the beaten egg whites with flour. Grease and flour the cake tin. Bake at 175°C (test with a needle).

Decorate the Burgenland bean cake with a cup of whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate flakes.
