For the Italian burger, first mix the herbs with the meat in a large bowl, salt, pepper. Shape into four patties. Chop the olives and basil.

Grill the burgers on both sides for 3-4 minutes.

In the meantime, mix the KUNER mayonnaise with the chopped olives and basil. Season with a little pepper.

Place the burgers on the bottom of the toasted ciabatta buns, top with a spoonful of olive mayonnaise, red onion rings and arugula, place 2nd bun half on top of the burger.
